    Lyrics

    A Song About Nothing

    [Verse 1]
I sat with my pen, just twirling it ‘round,
No grand revelation, no muse to be found.
The clock kept on ticking, my mind stayed the same,
Blank as a canvas, no spark to inflame.

    [Prechorus]
Is this a song? I can’t even tell,
A waltz through the void, a meaningless spell.

    [Chorus]
This song’s about nothing, no purpose, no plan,
Just scribbled-down musings from an idle hand.
No message, no moral, no tale to impart,
But I hope it sounds lovely—it’s a song, at least, to start.

    [Verse 2]
A cloud without thunder, a wave without crest,
A melody floating, unmoored and undressed.
Each word is a wander, each line a stray breeze,
No depth to uncover, just whims that appease.

    [Prechorus]
Is this absurd? I leave it to you,
A tune spun from nowhere, but hummable too.

    [Chorus]
This song’s about nothing, no meaning, no weight,
It’s all empty calories on your listening plate.
No compass, no anchor, no stars to align,
But I hope it sounds lovely—at least the tune’s fine.
